How will your ideas contribute to shaping whats next
As our new Project Management Consultant youll primarily lead Schools Infrastructure projects while gaining opportunities to diversify across health and large-scale infrastructure projects. Youll partner with clients to solve complex challenges deliver value and shape the future of community infrastructure.
Reporting to a Senior Project Manager you will be:
- Lead planning procurement and delivery of projects $25M
- Administer GC21 (or similar) contracts with a focus on compliance and performance
- Navigate complex stakeholder environments to achieve streamlined outcomes
- Manage project cost schedule and risk with transparency and precision
- Provide clear reporting to internal and client leadership teams
- Foster strong engagement and communication across all phases
What can you bring to the team
Firstly you will share our genuine passion for re-imaging problems and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. To be successful in this position you will ideally have:
- 4-8 years experience project managing buildings with a focus on School Infrastructure (SINSW or similar) and/or Health infrastructure (HINSW or similar) projects
- Strong understanding of GC21 or equivalent contract administration
- Ability to simplify complexity and drive clarity in decision-making
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and a commitment to creating a lasting positive impact
