About ZO
ZO was launched to provide a comprehensive suite of community wellness and lifestyle offerings to customers and their employees. At The Spiral ZO will operate a premium hospitality space exclusively for those who work in the building. The ZO Clubhouse will hold events and programming offer a comprehensive food and beverage program provide health and wellness classes and host private events.

Summary of Position
As a ZO Ambassador at The Spiral youll be responsible for establishing a warm hospitable and inviting environment for customers vising the space and coordinating logistics and administrative duties related to the operation.
Key Responsibilities
ZO Clubhouse
Provide a proactive warm service that goes above and beyond to keep our customers happy
Staffing the front reception and receiving guests to the space throughout the day including providing warm attentive greeting ensuring requests are accommodated and coordinating with property operations team to ensure smooth experience
Ensuring the full amenity space is orderly and clean
Working with PMO to maintain facility (supply needs equipment security cleaning repairs & maintenance)
Interacting with guests in the space
Coordinating setting up and breaking down both ZO events and private events
Communicating and resolving any member service issues with oversight by the General Manager Amenitites
Communicating events to tenants and checking tenants in/out of programming held at Clubhouse
Assisting the General Manager Amenities with ensuring event and service content on the ZO app for the property is up to date
Private Events
Support event execution from set-up to break-down (F&B presentation audio/video operations floor plan configuration etc.) to ensure an efficient and quality experience
Be the on-site/day-of contact for all groups hosting events at Studio Gather including welcome event kick off and troubleshooting
Coordinate arrivals (guests F&B rentals etc.) with the lobby team and property management to maintain event flows
Work with AV team to ensure maintenance of all AV equipment
Address guest feedback promptly and loop in the Events Manager when needed

Proven experience in a similar front-of-house customer-facing position preferably within a hospitality business
Must be fluent in English.
Strong oral communication skills including the ability to explain ZO. services to customers and answer questions.
Ability to organize multitask prioritize and work under pressure
Hospitality-minded
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from guests managers and team members.
Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in stressful situations and be flexible resourceful and proactive.

While performing the duties of this job the Ambassador is regularly required to stand walk use hands to finger handle or feel objects tools or controls and speak or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms and taste or smell. The employee is occasionally required to climb balance stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The Ambassador must regularly lift and/or move up to 15 pounds; frequently lift and/or move up to 5-30 pounds. Specific vision requirements include close vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Must have open availability during weekdays including early mornings and evenings.

The base compensation range for this role is $24.00-26.44/hour which equates to $50000 - $55000 annually. This role is also eligible for a discretionary annual bonus as well as access to our comprehensive medical dental and vision insurance life and disability insurance 401(k) plan (with matching contributions) wellness benefits and all other benefits afforded to full-time Tishman Speyer employees. This base range reflects a number of factors including but not limited to relevant experience skill sets and/or licensure required of an individual in this particular role. The base range is also specific to members of Tishman Speyers New York team as weve considered factors specific to this geography.
