Description of the role:
As a Parts Counterman at Manhattan Ford you will be responsible for assisting customers in identifying and purchasing the correct automotive parts for their vehicles. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and have a seamless experience.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding and purchasing the right automotive parts
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
- Maintain accurate inventory records and keep track of stock levels
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts
Requirements:
- Prior experience in automotive parts sales or a related field
- Strong knowledge of automotive parts and their functionalities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Benefits:
