Volvo Cars of Queens a member of the Helms Auto Group is looking for a Sales manager to lead our awesome team. Our current Sales Manager is retiring and has created a strong culture of success and growth. A great environment to grow and lead.
Description of the role:
As an Automotive Sales Manager at Volvo Cars of Queens you will be responsible for leading the sales team developing sales strategies managing customer relationships and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales goals
- ensure process to streamline and create efficiencies for the team
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Manage customer relationships and provide excellent customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Ensure all OEM KPIs are accomplished.
Requirements:
- At least two years of Automotive Sales Experience.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Familiar with all automotive softwares
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation: $125000.00 - $175000.00 per year paid monthly- salary is weekly.
