Professional Development Specialist
Triumph supports the education well-being and self-sufficiency of young children and their families through high quality early childhood programs and community engagement.
The Professional Development Specialist will provide coaching and professional learning opportunities to early childhood staff in evidence-based approaches that lead to greater teacher effectiveness. Collaborate with teachers and staff to support the implementation of social emotional strategies through reflection on their own practice. Provide training and technical assistance on Conscious Discipline to families of enrolled children.

Salary range is $42143.47 - $53786.93dependent on education and experience
