Description
- Set-up operate and adjust machines and equipment as needed to produce quality parts.
- (Examples of machines and equipment are but not limited to punch press press brake forklift and other departmental equipment.)
- Use of calipers micrometers and tape measures to ensure quality standards
- Follow drawings or work orders as provided by a team leader.
- Read/interpret blueprints and make minor adjustments as necessary
- Remove burrs alter shape improve fit or smooth finish using hand tools or power tools.
- Must be able to maintain good housekeeping practices in the work area and comply with all safety rules and procedures.
- Must work efficiently while keeping safety quality and production standards in mind at all times.
- To promote a team-oriented atmosphere at all times.
- Any other task asked by the leadership team.
