Want to build customer experiences that help customers find more sustainable products Does the intersection of retail and technology and sustainability excite you The Climate Pledge Friendly team is looking for Senior Product Manager Technical to join our CX team.
Climate Pledge Friendly collaborates with trusted third-party certifications and weve created our own certifications to highlight products that meet sustainability standards and support our commitment to help preserve the natural world. Our vision is to build the most trusted destination for sustainable shopping.
Were looking for a Senior Product Manager Technical (Sr PMT) to lead the CX for Climate Pledge Friendly Amazons sustainability shopping program. This role requires both creativity and a deep understanding of complex problems to drive the technical design and product roadmap and development of features that inform and empower customers to make more sustainable choices. As a Sr PMT you will own technically complex products end to enddefining vision prioritizing features and making trade-offs between scope and resourceswhile collaborating closely with engineering to ensure scalable effective solutions. Youll coordinate complex initiatives across internal teams write detailed product and business requirements and lead cross-functional alignment. Success in this role requires a high level of comfort with ambiguity a deeply analytical mindset to investigate and address multifaceted challenges and the ability to influence across organizations through clear well-written communication. You will work backwards from customer needs dive deep into data to identify root causes and deliver impactful solutions through close collaboration with stakeholders. At Amazon a Sr PMT is expected to operate with autonomy influence decisions across orgs and contribute to the broader product management discipline.
Key job responsibilities
- Bachelors degree
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
- Experience managing technical products or online services
- Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
- Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
- Experience working within teams delivering software products and features using agile methodologies

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $136100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $235200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity sign-on payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
