Responsibilities
- The Market Data Analyst will be a key player in driving data excellence across our projects. You will partner with our project manager and cross-functional teams like Finance Marketing Quality R&D and Global teams to translate data into actionable insights that fuel growth improve project performance and strengthen decision-making.
- You will own data systems ensure integrity across I2M tools and reports and lead data storytelling that enables strong project governance.
- This is a great opportunity to drive impact of the heart of innovation supporting teams to deliver the right projects the right way at the right time.
- In this role you will:
- Lead I2M Data Tracking and Governance
- Manage data from the companys project management tool (Accolade) for project stage gates approvals and financials analysis.
- Partner with project management team to set up and maintain reliable tracking tools.
- Set up templates and information for ease of use with cross-functional teams
- Continuously improve data and governance in collaboration with the I2M US Lead.
- Deliver insights for leadership and stakeholders
- Analyze and present data on project data performance benefits and costs.
- Provide updates to leadership related to Mondelez projects portfolio and performance.
- Support critical discussions with fact-based storytelling and visuals.
- Develop Power BI and Excel report based on business requests.
- Track financial profiles and KPIs
- Track ATO timelines budgets and project KPIs across the I2M portfolio.
- Drive transparency and accountability through regular reporting.
Shift
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Bachelors degree required (Business Data Analytics Engineering or related field preferred)
- Data Management and Analytics expertise
- Business acumen in portfolio/project insights
- Ability to build and influence cross-functional partnerships
- Excellence communication storytelling and presentation skills
- Accolade experience is a plus
- Experience in CPG companies is a plus
