Job Description
The PIP Insurance Defense Attorney will provide legal counsel and representation to clients in PIP insurance claims and litigation. The successful candidate will handle a high volume of cases focusing on efficient and effective resolution. This role requires a deep understanding of PIP laws and regulations strong litigation skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary/Benefits
- $95000 - $150000/ year (based on experience)

Job Description
- Provide legal counsel and support on PIP claims.
- Review and analyze PIP claims for coverage and liability issues.
- Conduct legal research and stay current with relevant laws and regulations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings including hearings and trials.
- Draft and file legal documents including pleadings motions and briefs.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience as an Attorney
- Strong knowledge of Personal Injury Protection laws and regulations.
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Michigan
