- Maintains and oversees the upkeep of facilities and equipment.
- Coordinates with vendors and contractors to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
- Monitors and manages inventory of supplies and equipment.
- Assists with the development and implementation of policies and procedures regarding facilities and equipment.
- Conducts regular rounds to identify and address any potential hazards or issues.
- Communicates with staff and management to ensure that facilities meet their needs and expectations.

Licensure Requirement:

Certifications:
Vocational technical level certification preferred.
Skills:
