Mercer County Clinic a valued part of the Saint Lukes Health System is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our tight-knit team in Princeton Missouri. As an LPN in our rural health clinic you will provide hands-on comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan from newborns to geriatrics.
Youll play a vital role in ensuring families in our community receive excellent consistent care close to home.
*Shift: Part Time Days (24 hours a week)
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with direct patient care screenings and routine exams
Perform blood draws and basic testing in our on-site mini lab
Collaborate with providers on treatment plans and care coordination
Document patient information accurately and efficiently
Deliver personalized care with a small-town family-focused approach
Provides professional nursing care for clinic patients following established standards and practices. Responsible for screening walk-in patients telephone screening (with protocols) medication/injection education assist with procedures cleaning wounds dressing changes suctioning catheter insertion tracheostomy care biopsies diabetic nail care and other duties as assigned by respective clinic . Able to work in a team atmosphere as well as autonomously. Excellent customer service skills and professional demeanor at all times. Delegates tasks to unlicensed assistive personnel UAP in accordance with demonstrated competencies and consideration to Scope of Practice. May be responsible for covering Medical Assistant job duties as needed.

Qualifications:
Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Previous clinic rural health or family practice experience preferred
