Reports to: Directors of Curriculum & Instruction/Student Services
Classification: Classified/Non-Exempt
Summary:
Provides administrative and clerical support to the Curriculum & Instruction/Student Services departments to ensure efficient operations effective communication and accurate record-keeping.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Prepares and maintains records databases and reports related to curriculum programs grants assessments and instructional resources.
Processes purchase orders monitors budgets and tracks inventory of curriculum materials and resources.
Assists with organizing curriculum adoption processes including reviewing and distributing instructional materials.
Communicates with principals teachers and outside vendors regarding curriculum and instructional needs.
Maintains confidential records and files in compliance with district policies and state/federal regulations.
Coordinates meetings appointments and IEP/504 team conferences; prepares and distributes related documentation.
Maintains student records in compliance with FERPA and district procedures.
Assists families and staff with questions about student services referrals and resources.
Prepares reports maintains databases and tracks deadlines for compliance and program monitoring.
Supports budget tracking purchasing and inventory for Student Services programs.
Assists with planning and coordination of trainings workshops and parent meetings.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or business school preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Google Workspace and database systems.
Strong organizational communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
