Title: Facilities Associate
Regular Full Title: 40 Hours/week Monday Friday (8AM 4:30PM)
Hourly: $25 $28
Reports to: Facilities Supervisor
Start Date: ASAP

Homeward Bound is currently in search of a Facilities Associate to perform semi-skilled duties aimed at supporting and maintaining our organizations residential program and administrative facilities.

The Candidate:
We are looking for a mission-driven and hands-on Facilities Associates who works well as a team and independently. Our ideal candidate will be a self-starter who takes appropriate initiative and can work collaboratively with a diverse group and clients.

*$25--$28 per hour DOE with a competitive benefits package which includes 100% employer paid medical vision and dental insurance 2 weeks vacation and access to a 403b retirement plan. Under California law Homeward Bound is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role and should not offer a salary or hourly rate outside of the range posted in this job announcement. This range considers the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decision including but not limited to experience skills knowledge abilities education licensure and certifications analysis of internal equity and other business and organizational needs. Salary and hourly rate offers are determined based on final candidate qualifications and experience.
