Job Description
Are you passionate about sustainability innovation and making a real difference Our one-year trainee program is your springboard into a long-term career in Sales Engineering. Youll be working on exciting topics such as Pre-Incineration Waste Textile Sorting and other emerging segments and applications.
Your Trainee Year What to Expect:
- Deep dive into TOMRAs waste sorting technologies and business segments
- Collaborate on real projects and customer visits
- Rotate through key departments: Test Facility Service Project Management Sales
- Receive training in soft skills from presentations to stakeholder communication
- Be mentored by experienced colleagues who support your growth
Your Future Role As Sales Engineer:
- Drive growth in segments like Pre-Incineration Municipal Solid Waste (MSW) and Textile Sorting
- Consult and collaborate with internal teams and international customers
- Identify new markets analyze system performance and develop tailor-made solutions
- Prepare studies market research and compelling presentations for clients and conferences
- Be part of a global mission to advance circular economy technologies
Qualifications :
- Degree as ./. in Environmental Engineering Process Engineering or Waste Management
- Fluency in English and German (mandatory)
- Based near Koblenz or Bad Wildungen is a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively (70%) and work in an international environment
- Valid drivers license
- Excellent communication skills and strong cultural awareness
- Curious creative and solution-oriented mindset
- Genuine interest in sustainability recycling and innovative technologies
