Are you a skilled perioperative nurse leader ready to step into a pivotal management role Were seeking a Theatre Nurse Unit Manager to oversee surgical nursing services and lead a high-performing team in delivering safe coordinated and high-quality care across the theatre environment.
About the Role:
As Theatre Nurse Unit Manager you will apply your advanced clinical knowledge and leadership experience to coordinate the delivery of perioperative care within the health unit. Your key responsibilities include line management operational oversight and the leadership of nursing midwifery and multidisciplinary staff to ensure seamless evidence-based patient care. You will be accountable for achieving clinical outcomes addressing practice and policy gaps and fostering a positive high-functioning team culture. With a focus on safety quality and performance this role is critical to ensuring excellent outcomes for patients undergoing surgical procedures.

Applicant Information
This is a part time vacancy working 72 hours per fortnight and salary will be adjusted according to actual hours worked.
