Job Description
MADEC Australias Employment Services activities are focused on supporting those experiencing disadvantage in locations across NSW and VIC. Individuals that access the program receive support to reduce social physical and other barriers that impact a persons ability to attain and maintain employment by identifying strengths and building skills that improve life outcomes.

Are you passionate about helping others succeed MADEC Australia is seeking a dedicated full-time Job Coach to join our team in Shepparton Victoria. This community services-based role offers you the opportunity to collaborate with local services agencies and organisations all committed to making a difference in the lives of individuals facing disadvantage. As a Job Coach youll play a pivotal role in transforming lives by guiding individuals toward meaningful employment and contributing to the success of the broader community.
What Youll Do:
- Engage with individuals to define job goals and overcome barriers to employment
- Assist with job search strategies application preparation and interview techniques
- Explore career pathways and support seamless transitions into the workforce
- Build strong partnerships with employers to match talent with opportunities
- Provide ongoing support during the early stages of employment
Skills And Experiences
What Were Looking For:
No prior experience in employment services No problem! We value your enthusiasm positive energy and desire to make a real difference. You will need strong administrative and time management skills and a valid working with children and national police check.
