We are currently looking for a Creative Designer ready to join our adventure share our ambition and help shape the future of digital banking.The Role:We are seeking a highly creative and skilledCreative Designer to join our growing marketing department. In this pivotal role you will be responsible for conceptualizing designing and producing a wide range of visual assets for all our marketing channels. You will play a key part in defining and maintaining our brands visual identity ensuring consistency and impact across all customer touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and produce a diverse range of graphic materials for all marketing initiatives specifically focusing onvertical and horizontal formats including:
Digital display banners(various sizes and formats)
Social media graphics(static images animated GIFs short videos for Meta TikTok X LinkedIn YouTube)
Website visuals landing page graphics and interactive elements
Email templates and accompanying visual assets
Conceptualize and create 3D graphic elements for marketing communication materials like banners and other visuals.
Other marketing collateral as needed.
Conceptualize and develop compelling visual narrativesthat simplify complex financial products and services for our audience ensuring clarity and engagement.
Collaborate closely with the Content Manager Social Media & Influencer Manager and Performance Managerto develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives and resonate with target audiences.
Ensure all designs adhere strictly to brand guidelinesand maintain a consistent visual identity across all platforms and campaigns.
Work with external agencies and media houseswhen necessary providing clear design briefs and reviewing outputs to ensure quality and brand compliance.
Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends software and technologies to continuously enhance our visual output and keep our marketing fresh.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns.
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience (3 years) as a Creative Designer Graphic Designer or similar role preferably within the financial services industry or a highly regulated environment.
A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of digital design work including banners social media visuals and website graphics in both vertical and horizontal orientations.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite(Photoshop Illustrator InDesign). Experience withFigma or Sketchis a plus.
Demonstrated ability to create engaging short-form video content or animated graphics(e.g. using After Effects or similar tools) for social media.
Experience or strong interest in creating 3D graphic elements for marketing communications and visual assets.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and their specific creative requirements (e.g. ad specifications responsive design).
Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate marketing briefs into effective visual solutions.
Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of typography color theory and layout principles.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
Excellent communication skills able to articulate design choices and receive feedback constructively.
Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Visual Arts or a related field.
