Job Description
Role: Project Procurement & PO Specialist (IT Domain)
Location: Hyderabad / Mohali
Function: Hungry Jacks Development
The role:
The role of the Project Procurement & PO Specialist is to produce and issue Purchase Orders based on instructions from the Hungry Jacks Development team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generating Purchase orders (POs) for capital projects. Information to create the POs come from a standard template generated from various officers from the Hungry Jacks Development team in Australia
- POsto accurately reflect the information provided on the standard template
- POs to be issued in a timely fashion to the relevant supplier without delays
- POs to be raised using standard software (Oracle) provided by Hungry Jacks
- It is envisaged that there will be 80 projects per annum that require Purchase orders raised. Typically there would be 20 purchase orders per project
