Job Description
Key ResponsibilitiesDual Write IntegrationConfigure and manage Dual Write mappings between Dataverse (CRM) and Dynamics 365 FandOTroubleshoot synchronization issues entity mapping failures and data conflictsEnsure real-time data flow between CE and FO environmentsCollaborate with business and technical teams to customize integration as per business needsPower Platform DevelopmentDesign develop and deploy Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) and Power Automate flowsIntegrate Power Platform solutions with Dynamics 365 and other Microsoft 365 servicesEnsure application performance scalability and security best Dynamics 365 FOWork with technical and functional teams to customize and extend FO functionalityPerform system configuration testing and deployment of FO featuresUnderstand finance and operations business processes to support functional requirementsRequired Skills & Experience5 years experience with Dynamics 365 FandO and Dataverse (CE/CRM)2 years working with Dual Write or similar integration toolsProficiency in Power Platform - Power Apps Power Automate and Power BIExperience with Data entities Business events and Integration patternsStrong understanding of Microsoft Azure services (Logic Apps Azure Functions etc.)Ability to troubleshoot data sync issues and understand entity relationshipsParticipate in requirements gathering architecture and design sessionsDocument solutions mappings test cases and troubleshooting stepsProvide end-user training and technical supportKeep current with Microsoft platform updates particularly around Power Platform and D365Preferred QualificationsMicrosoft certifications in Power Platform or Dynamics 365 FOKnowledge of Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Azure DevOpsExperience in Agile/Scrum delivery environmentsExperience with ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform
