We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our procurement operations and ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.
Role Description :
- Assist in the procurement of materials supplies and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their capabilities.
- Support the negotiation process with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to understand their procurement needs and requirements.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure adequate stock levels.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word PowerPoint).
- Fluency in Greek and English both written and spoken.
