What Youll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
- Registering and managing applicants and property enquiries
- Conducting viewings and providing expert advice to buyers
- Negotiating sales and handling offers professionally
- Generating and winning new business and instructions
- Maintaining contact with vendors and providing market feedback
- Ensuring the highest levels of customer service throughout the process
- Meeting sales targets and KPIs
What Were Looking For (Skills & Experience):
- Previous residential property sales experience (essential)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High standard of customer service delivery
- Professional telephone manner and confident personality
- Well-presented motivated and career-focused
- Knowledge of Christchurch/New Forest area (preferred)
- Full UK driving licence (essential)
- Desire to succeed and progress in the industry
