About the Role:
This exciting leadership opportunity sits within the MacKillop Seasons team and reports directly to the Director MacKillop Seasons. As theNational Lead Disaster Resilience you will oversee the delivery of disaster response projects across New South Wales Victoria and Queensland funded by both State and Federal initiatives. You will manage a national team and be responsible for the rollout of MacKillop Seasons education programs ensuring alignment with project milestones. A key focus of the role is to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to expand the reach of MacKillop Seasons and identify future funding opportunities.
About You:
You are a strategic and compassionate leader with a strong background in disaster recovery education health or community services. You bring a collaborative mindset excellent communication skills and a passion for supporting communities through trauma-informed education. You thrive in dynamic environments are confident managing complex projects and are committed to improving wellbeing outcomes for children young people and adults affected by disaster.
This is a non-ongoing Full Time opportunity until June 30th 2027 based in Frenches Forest or South Melbourne within our Mackillop Seasons Program. This role reports to the Mackillop Seasons Director.
