Job Description

To ensure work is completed in a timely and high-quality fashion on all validation outsource and audit projects. To ensure the appropriate resources are deployed for work on client engagements in order to facilitate a positive and productive long-term relationship.

Essential Functions

  • Analyzes contracts and other documents as required.
  • Performs quality assurance checks on data.
  • Runs and reviews reports spreadsheets and graphs using internally developed software.
  • Prepares written reports for manufacturers based on analysis.
  • Performs research on various companies and topics using the internet and AI.
  • Performs reconciliation on rebate totals as needed.
  • Manages project deadlines.
  • Handles account management and training responsibilities as assigned.
  • Manages client implementation and training projects.
  • May manage training and SOP documentation.
  • Rebate calculation including:
  • Calculation Setup:
    • Design and build calculation models based on business requirements.
    • Develop and document calculation logic assumptions and methodologies.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate inputs and expected outputs.
  • Execution & Monitoring:
    • Run calculations on a scheduled or ad-hoc basis using appropriate tools (e.g. Excel SQL Python or internal systems).
    • Monitor calculation processes for accuracy performance and completeness.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies or errors in calculation results.
  • Reconciliation & Validation:
    • Perform reconciliations between calculated results and source data or external systems.
    • Investigate and resolve variances ensuring alignment with financial or operational records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree required
  • 4 years relevant work experience required
  • 1 - 2 years experience as an IQVIA Business Process Analyst preferred
  • Knowledge and strong understanding of managed health care and pharmacy benefit management environments.
  • Fluent with computer capabilities including word processing spreadsheet and database entry.
  • Proficient in PC applications such as Excel SQL Server and Alteryx workflows/reports.
  • Strong analytical organizational and problem solving skills necessary.
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously prioritize tasks and manage deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact as a team player.
  • Works willingly and effectively with others in and across the organization to accomplish team goals.

The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge skills education and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered incentive plans bonuses and/or other forms of compensation may be offered in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
