Location: Bremerton WA
Full-Time MondayFriday 20 depending on experiance
Join the Team at Ace Handyman Services
- Answer incoming calls schedule appointments and manage work orders
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into booked jobs
- Assist in coordinating the daily schedules of field technicians
- Maintain accurate records in our dispatching and CRM system
- Provide top-notch customer service and build strong client relationships
- Support office organization billing and light bookkeeping tasks
What Were Looking For:
- Proven experience in office administration and customer-facing sales
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Confidence using software such as Microsoft Office Google Workspace and CRM platforms
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- A self-starter with a friendly professional attitude
- Bonus: Experience in home services construction or dispatching
