Job Location: Trinity Health Hospital Campus & Medical District (01) - Minot ND
Position Type: Full Time
Salary Range: Undisclosed
Job Shift: Days/Evenings
Job Category: Leadership Roles
Description
Provide oversight and management regarding the Radiation Oncology department operations and provide supervision to radiation therapists dosimetry and other pertinent staff. Works together with the CancerCare Director to ensure policies and procedures are in place and followed per regulatory and safety standards. Assists with billing practices and any other items related to management of the department. Exercises professional judgment in the performance of services and maintains a demeanor complimentary to medical ethics.
Qualifications
Licenses and Certifications Required ARRT certification in Radiation Therapy strongly preferred. BLS certification preferred but not required. Educational Requirements Baccalaureate degree in management or health sciences strongly preferred. Experience Requirements Minimum of 5 years of supervisory and/or management experience. Special Skills or Training Requirements An absolute dedication to accuracy and completeness. A willingness to teach others. A strong desire to maintain competency in a dynamic field.
