General Manager
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to lead the operations and sales functions of Four Points by Sheraton Richmond Airport This role is responsible for creating a positive work environment ensuring superior guest satisfaction and driving financial performance. The ideal candidate will be a motivational leader with a strong ability to develop teams optimize revenue and maintain brand standards.
What Youll Do:
Lead and mentor department managers fostering a guest-focused and accountable team culture.
Empower staff to resolve guest concerns and create a motivated engaged work environment.
Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure excellence in cleanliness maintenance and service delivery.
Control labor and operational costs while maximizing profitability and performance metrics (RevPAR RGI).
Collaborate with the Director of Sales on strategic plans to drive revenue growth and market demand.
Develop and manage annual budgets identifying opportunities for capital improvements.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and loyalty through consistent service excellence.
Build strong relationships within the community and with key clients and industry groups.
Work cross-functionally to implement service and efficiency enhancements.
About You:
Bachelors degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
5 years of GM experience in a full-service hotel (Marriott Hilton IHG or Starwood required)
Track record of success in guest service revenue growth and profitability
Strong leadership communication and time management skills
Proficient in hospitality systems and financial reporting
