Atrium Hospitality is looking for a skilled and hands-on Chief Engineerto lead the engineering operations at the Jefferson City Capitol Plaza Hotela full-service 255-room property with more than 25000 square feet of event space in the heart of Missouris capital city. If youre a strategic thinker who leads by example and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment we invite you to bring your expertise to a property where your impact will be seen and valued.

Salary Range: $60000- $70000

Bonus Eligible

What You Will Do:

Lead train and mentor an engineering team that keeps safety service and standards at the core.

Diagnose and repair electrical mechanical and plumbing systemsbasically be the hotels MVP when things go sideways.

Strategically plan and execute the capital and engineering budgetsyes youll get your hands dirty and crunch the numbers.

Manage inventory and scheduling to ensure productivity.

Champion our loss prevention and safety programsbecause protecting people and property is priority one.

Partner with leadership to support renovations and preventive maintenance projects that elevate guest experience.

What We Are Looking For:

5 years in engineering: Youve seen it allleaks locks and line voltageand know how to fix it fast.

Proven leadership skills: You can coach a team with confidence and hold folks accountable with heart.

Budget & P&L experience: You know the numbers behind R&M and laborand why they matter.

Knowledge of safety codes.

Tech-savvy mindset: From CMMS to Workday you dont shy away from screens and systems.

Flexible availability: Nights weekends or holidaysyoure ready when duty calls.
