You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailMasters degree in higher education student affairs social work conflict resolution counseling JD or a related field with three to five years of relevant professional experience. Working knowledge of Title IX Title VII ADA ADEA VAWA FMLA and other applicable laws regulations and guidance as they pertain to investigation and analysis of discrimination and harassment complaints. Demonstrated ability to manage caseload of multiple complex investigations simultaneously; strong organization skills including the ability to manage time and tasks effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Superior oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to write concise detailed analytical reports. Strong problem- solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to act independently or as part of a team and to exercise sound judgment. Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and colleagues while maintaining appropriate confidentiality. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to remain neutral and objective. Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information with discretion and compassion. A high level of person and professional ethics. Conflict resolution/mediation experience preferred.
