Nightforce Optics is looking for a strategic and results-driven E-Commerce Channel Manager to lead the growth of our digital sales channels. This role is responsible for managing third-party marketplaces (including Amazon) promotional platforms direct-to-consumer sales and EDI systems. This person is responsible for driving online revenue growth while enhancing the customer experience and ensuring compliance with digital trading standards.
As a key player in mission to create products that are Rugged. Reliable. Repeatable. this person will help shape and execute our e-commerce strategy blending performance marketing governance and innovation to strengthen our brand and deliver consistent results.

What you will be doing:
Third-Party Marketplace Channel Management:
- Manage and optimize the companys presence on and other marketplaces collaborating with Product Managers and Marketing to ensure product listings are accurate compelling and compliant with brand standards.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and concerns to improve satisfaction.
- Analyze sales performance and make recommendations for improvement to drive growth.
- Monitor and protect brand integrity on Amazon etc.
- In coordination with the Marketing team plan and execute channel specific marketing campaigns to drive product visibility and increased revenue.
- Work closely with the Regional and Account Managers to monitor channels.
- Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for channels.
- Reviews and recommends improvements to company policies regarding Amazon and online sales channels. Responsible for enforcement of these policies. Takes responsibility for Nightforces compliance with relevant policies on marketplaces to ensure maximum performance.
Promotional Channel Management:
- Manage and optimize the companys presence on Expert Voice and similar sites collaborating with Product Managers and Marketing to ensure product listings are accurate compelling and compliant with brand standards.
- Monitors and adjusts inventory allocations to ensure Promotional and standard Commercial sales needs are met.
- Analyze Promotional channel performance and make recommendations for improvement.
- In coordination with the Marketing team plan and execute platform specific marketing campaigns to drive product visibility and increased revenue.
Consumer Direct Sales:
- Manage and optimize the companys direct-to-consumer (D2C) sales channels by developing strategies to drive sales through various e-commerce platforms within the scope of work determined by Nightforces overall strategy
- Lead the strategy for consumer direct sales channels focusing on growth and customer retention.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies to increase online sales.
- Ensure a seamless customer experience across all e-commerce platforms.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic and sales on the companys e-commerce site.
- Use analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for D2C channels.
Project & Change Management
- Acts as a thought leader to support accounts in developing an omnichannel relationship with resellers/consumers
- Manages day-to-day operations for EDI systems and relevant technology
- Responsible for the forecasting of products needed for Promotional and DTC channels.
- Assists in preparing material to educate the organization on e-commerce projects and content
- Participation in special projects and performing additional duties as required
What we need from you:
- Bachelors degree in business Marketing E-Commerce or related field or four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in e-commerce management including experience with Amazon Brand Registry and EDI systems.
- Strong understanding of digital sales strategies and e-commerce best practices.
- Familiarity with CRM systems data analytics tools and digital marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with Amazon marketing programs
- A passion for outdoors and outdoor activities
- Willing to travel 25% of the time
