- Must be coursing last year of Bachelors degree in Business Administration with aMajor in Human Resources Management.
- Bilingual: Spanish & English
- Support: Hybrid
- Experience:
- Work independently as well as in a team.

AS A PIECE OF FITS YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job)
- Identifyand developsources of qualified candidates.
- Screen interview and recommendcandidates to the Recruiters Specialist.
- Perform effective and clear phone and personal interviews using proven target selection methodologies.
- Write effective job postings and job ads.
- Perform effective and clear pre-screenings using proven target selection methodologies.
- Effectively perform several administrative activities such asschedule meetings attending phone calls organizing files others as needed by the business.
- Provide support to vendor neutral customers and resources to continually expandFITS service offerings.
- Display a high level of professionalism and compassion when working with each account on sensitive matters.
