Mfg. Training Specialist (I)
This role involves tracking training effectiveness executing training programs along with assisting employee onboarding maintaining safety protocols and supporting front-end processes. The training specialist collaborates with SMEs and trainers to develop and deliver training content manage the Learning Management System and lead appropriate classroom training sessions. Additionally they track training effectiveness provide feedback on employee progress and participate in LEAN events. The role requires organization adaptability and proficiency in MS office data analytics and a strong passion for learning teaching and problem solving. The training specialist also plays a role in facilitating strong connections between Manufacturing trainers across various locations to share best practices align training methods and ensure consistency in training delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in onboarding new employees.
Assist in sustaining FEM program.
Assist with the back-end weld testing processes.
Assist with the upkeep of safety protocols.
Collaborate with cross departmental SMEs ensuring training content is accurate and up-to-date.
Collaborate with Mfg. Trainers / Mfg. Weld Trainers create training materials / job aids.
Create and deliver training materials for front end business.
Cross training matrix upkeep.
Deliver classroom training sessions.
Explain / demonstrate proper use of task related software.
Participate in monthly training meetings.
Learning Management System (LMS) management.
Mentor and coach employees on best practices and proper operations.
Method Sheet creation.
Monitor employee turnover and overall training effectiveness.
Participate in lean events.
Process mapping.
Provide feedback and report training progress.
Reporting on KPI metrics.
Tracking training effectiveness.
Qualifications:
