Job Description
- RIBO licensed with at least 3 to 5 years of brokerage experience
- Customer centered with a solutions focused approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Works well autonomously and as part of a Team
- Proficient on Powerbroker company portals Word and Outlook
- Experience on small business and IRCA policies an asset
- 50/50 benefits - no vision RRSP or pension
- 9-4:30 with 1/2 hour for lunch
- CAIB and/or CIP an asset
- Salary depending on experience
- 50% commission paid on New to Office Business you bring in 50% renewal as well
