Job Overview
We are seeking a talented Sr Load Tester to join our Quality Assurance/Performance Testing team. This role involves conducting high-concurrency load testing to assess the performance and scalability of our systems. You will collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure that our applications meet performance benchmarks providing clear and actionable performance reports.
Key Responsibilities
Design develop and execute high-concurrency load tests using tools like Locust or Gatling.
Develop load testing scripts and simulate realistic load scenarios.
Analyze performance metrics including latency throughput and response time.
Identify performance bottlenecks and provide recommendations for improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet performance goals and benchmarks.
Provide clear detailed performance reports to stakeholders.
Ensure the reliability and scalability of systems under various load conditions.
Required Qualifications
More than 4 years of experience in load testing with a focus on high-concurrency tests.
Strong experience in creating and executing load tests using Locust or Gatling.
Proficiency in Python or a similar scripting language for load testing.
Solid understanding of performance metrics such as latency throughput and response time.
Experience identifying and troubleshooting performance issues.
Strong communication skills for reporting test results and collaborating with teams.
Preferred Qualifications (Optional)
Experience with additional performance testing tools or frameworks.
Certification in performance testing or related domains.
Familiarity with cloud-based testing environments.
