Requirement:
- Managing Authorization Role requests for the client and subsequent change management.
- Level 2 ticket analysis and remediation.
- Responding to customer tickets in a timely manner owning SAP Authorization related issues to resolution.
- Proactively identifying the root cause of issues and recommending and implementing solutions.
- Providing out of hours support from time to time.
- The ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally (in English) with team members and colleagues throughout Lemongrass to gather requirements communicate resolutions and define the relevant solutions and outcomes.
- Execute SAP ERP user authorizations maintenance: create change or delete users for ERP systems and Cloud platforms; add change or delete SAP authorizations according to the role concept.
- Execute Compliance requirements: create evidence reports according to request by internal or external auditors.
- Execute Ticket resolution according to Standard Operating Procedures SLAs and required ITIL standards.
- Build roles changes / new roles single and composite.
- Incident Management prompt resolution of security and authorization related issues.
- Applications operations support for authorizations and other operational support as required.
- Collaboration with Dev Teams and client to understand access requirements new transactions role creations etc.
- Implement and adhere to SAP security requirements and guidelines within the framework to ensure compliance.
- Implement and maintain internal controls that mitigate business risk whilst complying to policy and procedure.
- Required to be flexible in terms of taking up different tasks within a project.
Qualifications: - Good understanding of Role administration.
- Good understanding of change management processes.
- Good understanding on Master and Derived role concepts.
- Good understanding on Fiori roles concepts like Catalogs Groups.
- Good understanding on BI/BW roles concept.
- Good knowledge on SOD and SOX.
- Basic knowledge on SAP GRC Access control.
- Own initiative and team-player Customer focus Attention to detail.
- English business fluent (C1/C2 level).
- 3 years of experience in SAP application operation and projects preferably role-based authorizations.
- Solid understanding of SAP ERP systems especially SAP Basis and authorizations modules and their integration with other SAP on-premises and SAP Cloud solutions.
- Operational Knowledge on Service Now beneficial.
- SAP HANA Experience.
- Operations experience (ticket handling problem incident management).
- Jira and Confluence Experience.
- Should be willing to deal with (talk to) our customers. In most cases they will be foreign customers and language barriers might exist.
