Job Description
Position : Operations Assistant
Working Schedule : 9a-5p MST
Salary Range :LatAm $1500-$1600 SA $1400-$1500 (the final salary will be determined by the candidates level of experience and at the discretion of the client)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant to support daily business operations. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks coordination of processes and ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Problem solving
- Manage inbox and calendar
- Drive process documentation and improvements
- Coordinate meetings and follow-ups
- Manage various projects and related research
- Assist in managing daily operations and workflow coordination.
- Maintain records files and databases with accuracy.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Google Productivity Suite (GMail Sheets Docs Slides etc) and other relevant tools.
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
