This Lead Software Engineer will be providing ongoing technical support for Equitables Financial Crimes technology platforms.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
In Office Schedule: This team will be working a hybrid schedule of 2-3 days in office per week.
The base salary range for this position is $110000-$142000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills experience and geographical location. In addition to base pay Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases spot bonuses and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

Skills
Application Design Architecture: Knowledge of basic activities and deliverables of application design; ability to utilize application design methodologies tools and techniques to convert business requirements and logical models into a technical application design.
Documentation Architecture and Design: Knowledge of documentation architecture and design; ability to build efficient processes use appropriate tools and technique and create complete documentation portfolios for software or technology products.
Software Development: Knowledge of software development tools and activities; ability to produce software products or systems in line with product requirements.
System and Technology Integration: Knowledge of the features and facilities of systems; ability to integrate and communicate among applications databases and technology platforms.
Technical Writing/Documentation: Knowledge of technical writing; ability to write technical documents such as manuals reports guidelines or documents on standards processes and applications.
