We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to support our legal team. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys with a variety of tasks including legal research document preparation case management and client communication. This role requires strong analytical skills a high level of discretion and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct legal research and gather relevant case law statutes and precedents.
Draft legal documents such as contracts pleadings motions discovery requests/responses and correspondence.
Assist attorneys in trial preparation including organizing exhibits creating timelines and coordinating witnesses.
File and maintain legal documents both electronically and in physical records.
Manage case files and track deadlines to ensure compliance with court requirements.
Communicate with clients witnesses and court personnel in a professional manner.
Review and summarize legal documents and transcripts.
Assist in the preparation and filing of court forms and documents.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or Paralegal Certificate required; Bachelors degree preferred.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a legal setting
Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
Excellent research and writing skills.
Ability to interpret and evaluate complex information effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with Timeshare is a plus but not required
