Theyre looking for an experienced Executive Chef to build the back-of-house team and own culinary operations from day one. What Youll Do as Executive Chef
- Recruit train and mentor a 50-plus BOH team.
- Drive recipe execution and plate presentation for a scratch wood-fire-focused menu.
- Hit food-cost and labor targets; manage ordering inventory and vendor relationships.
- Uphold safety sanitation and brand standards while fostering a positive accountable culture.
- Partner with FOH and corporate leadership on menu R&D promotions and guest-experience initiatives.
What Were Looking For in an Executive Chef
- 3 years as an Executive Chef CDC in a high-volume upscale casual or fine-dining setting.
- Proven success opening or re-launching full-service restaurants.
- Strong steak and seafood chops; live-fire or charcoal experience a plus.
- Solid track record hitting COGS/labor goals and developing future leaders.
- Hands-on team-first mindset and genuine passion for hospitality.
