LIMERICK & ROSCREA

SPECIFIED PURPOSE FULL-TIME CONTRACT

(35 Hours Per Week).

Salary: 81444- 98231

*Salary subject to Relevant Public Sector Experience.

We are seeking an experienced dynamic and results orientated Senior HR Business Partner to join our Limerick/Roscrea service. The Senior HR Business Partner will hold a national case load but will be based on site in Limerick. The role involves a travel remit across Limerick/ Roscrea within multiple centres. This role comes with flexible hybrid working hours. The post holder will partner with Service Managers and the Multi-Disciplinary Team Heads of Department across the service in guiding and providing leadership and expert knowledge in employee relations. S/he has a key role in supporting the HR Director in ensuring the delivery of the strategic objectives.

Essential:

  • Masters Level qualification in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years consecutive experience in a senior HR role within the last 5 years
  • Previous ER/IR experience is essential
  • Experience working in a unionised environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills.
