Bachelors degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Education or Organizational Development Organizational Psychology Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field
Two years of relevant professional level experience (e.g. training leadership development program design and management or high impact organizational effectiveness consulting experience)
Applicable equivalencies may be considered on the qualifications listed above. Completion of some college course work required and actively pursuing completion of degree.
Special Knowledge
Demonstrates effective internal consulting skills.
Knowledge of content development and adult learning theories (ADDIE Kolbs Learning etc.)
Knowledge of full range of organization development interventions and change management frameworks and applications.
Pursues innovative approaches for implementing strategic solutions.

Responsibilities:
Develop training and learning content based on client or market needs and monitor results.
Facilitate learning opportunities on a variety of leadership strategy and organizational effectiveness topics.
Conduct needs assessments identify and evaluate business initiatives to ascertain appropriate programs that meet organizational needs.
Assist in developing metrics to measure the performance of trainings.
Schedule appropriate training sessions.
Plan and implement an effective learning curriculum.
Prepare training materials such as module summaries videos and presentations.
Complete other duties as assigned.
