Job Description
Midway Motors is looking for a reliable organized and energetic individual to join our team! This role is vital in keeping our operations running smoothly by coordinating vehicle movements across Central Kansas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Dispatch drivers for vehicle pickups drop-offs and service runs
- Coordinate scheduling to ensure timely and efficient trip completion
- Perform clerical duties associated with each trip including documentation and data entry
- Communicate clearly with drivers managers and teams across all locations
- Monitor and adjust schedules as needed in a fast-paced environment
What Were Looking For:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in dispatching or logistics is preferred but not required
- Proficient in basic computer systems and scheduling tools
