Job Summary
Our Float Pool team is a group of employees who are specially trained and readily available to seamlessly assimilate and stabilize clinical operations within our practices. We cover gaps due to unexpected call outs long-term leaves planned vacations staffing vacancies etc. This is a unique opportunity to work autonomously to the top of your education/certification while also functioning as part of a collaborative team. The ideal candidate profile is an adaptable RN who is confident in their clinical abilities and genuinely enjoys variety.Qualifications
Education
Trade/Technical/Vocational Diploma Licensed Practical Nurse required
Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree

Licenses and Credentials
Licensed Practical Nurse LPN - State License - Generic - HR Only required
Experience
Experience clinical preferably in an ambulatory care setting 1-2 years required
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
- Experience with triage and patient assessment.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and medication management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
