Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Breakfast Chef to join our talented kitchen team at TAK. As a Breakfast Chef youre a key part of a creative and quality-driven culinary team that consistently delivers exceptional breakfast experiences. Youre expected to work with precision discipline and a deep respect for both the ingredients and your colleagues. Your role is central to maintaining the high standards that define Taks gastronomic identity.


Who We Are Looking For

  • Craft exceptional food: Create and plate high-quality dishes and menus showing TAKs gastronomy.
  • Expertise in cooking: Maintain an in-depth knowledge of different produce and flavours within the Nordic-Japanese cuisine.
  • Deliver outstanding Service: Provide professional attentive and personalized service ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
  • Maintain standards: Ensure cleanliness organization and efficiency in all kitchen operations adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Collaborate with the team: Work closely with the restaurant and bar teams to deliver seamless and synchronized service.
  • Engage guests: Create a welcoming and engaging open kitchen environment where guests feel valued and inspired to return.

Contribute to Innovation: Participate in developing new dishes seasonal menus and ideas that elevate the gastronomy.


Requirements
We are looking for a breakfast chef who brings passion creativity and professionalism to every shift. Candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standard in accordance with TAKs culinary philosophy and presentation guidelines.
  • Ensure that every product that is leaving your station is consistent in taste and appearance.
  • Contribute to a exceptional guest experience through dedication quality timing and communication with the service team.
  • Maintaining full knowledge of the full menu including any chances of ingredients technique or plating.
  • Follow standardized recipes and portion controls while understanding the culinary intend behind each dish.
  • Foster respectful inclusive and supportive team environment where communication is open and accountability is shared.
  • Take initiative in helping others and contribute to a positive and solution focused work culture.
  • Take ownership in your designed section ensuring efficiency consistency and pride in your work.
  • Show willingness to learn adapt and develop your culinary skills in line with TAKs continuous pursuit of excellence.
  • Passion for Hospitality: A genuine enthusiasm for creating memorable guest experiences.
