Administrator - Bank
Summary:
Opened in 1983 Euxton Hall Private Hospital is one of Lancashires leading private hospitals situated on the outskirts of Chorley but close to Preston and Wigan with easy access to the M65 M6 and M61 motorways.
The facility offers 22 beds all with en suite facilities to ensure complete privacy and by investing in advanced medical technology offers a wide range of treatments and services. On site there are two fully equipped ultra clean air theatres and a small treatment room.
The Role
We currently have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join our team at Euxton Hall Hospital. You will be an integral part of the team who are committed to delivering the highest quality outcomes in a supported environment where you will be valued for your skills and expertise. This is a busy role liaising with patients consultants and all hospital need an individual with a professional approach excellent verbal communication skills initiative and the ability to work within a team.
High-level duties include:
Handle all patient enquiries promptly and efficiently for Inpatient / Outpatients
Provide detailed information to patient enquiries delivering excellent customer service
Develop and maintain good working relationships with all internal departments across both Hospitals
Build and maintain excellent relationships with consultants and their secretaries
Supporting patients with their enquiries
Communication via phones and emails
What youll bring with you
Proven track record of achieving targets whilst maintaining an outstanding level of customer service
An excellent standard of computer literacy to include experience in Word & Excel
The ability to work under pressure whilst remaining patient/ consumer focused
Experience working in a private healthcare setting is preferred
Good attention to detail and accuracy
The ability to make decisions and use your initiative
A flexible and positive attitude
