You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailWe are seeking to add an Access Team Specialist to support specific clinic locations in taking care of patients administrative needs. This includes answering the phone taking accurate messages scheduling appointments and checking insurance will utilize our electronic record system to verify and update patient demographic information as well as post and balance payments collected.
To be successful in this role you must be friendly and able to provide excellent customer service. Youll collaborate with multiple clinics to best utilize resources while accommodating physician preference and patient needs consistent with Saint Alphonsus values and missions.
LOCATION AND HOURS:
These positions will support patients from specific clinics while working in our office near Emerald Street and Benjamin Lane in Boise. You will work daytime office hours Monday - Friday.
