We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh as aSales Executive. This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The successful candidate will lead daily operations from a support and administrative level coordinating complex logistics and task assignments for client relationship projects while ensuring effective communication and problem resolution.
We will count on you to:
- Uphold sales goals and targets while managing a strategic book of business of large complex accounts focused on growth and penetration.
- Strategize account expansion initiatives by conducting thorough research and targeting specific accounts leveraging a large professional network to proactively generate growth.
- Represent the business for high-risk high-yield accounts by addressing RFPs developing sales presentations and creating formal sales proposals.
- Oversee the sales process for complex accounts ensuring satisfaction throughout all phases while negotiating outcomes that create value for both the account and the business.
- Evaluate the book of business to identify areas of opportunity and expansion leveraging internal contacts and market developments.
What you need to have:
- Proven experience in managing large complex accounts with a focus on sales growth and client satisfaction.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to develop compelling sales presentations and proposals.
- Advanced understanding of client needs and internal service offerings to maximize account value.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a track record of maintaining professional relationships.
