Effectively monitor RMC cheese making equipment including but not limited to; Rotary molder / chillers / control vat identity / block weights / process mold changes and to ensure the correct shape size weight for customer / break down for cip daily monitor cip titrations assemble back for production within the required time. Record & interpret data to make informed decisions and / or recommendations for optimum cheese making conditions. Clean all related equipment as needed to ensure sanitary conditions. Perform assigned Master Sanitation duties.

Performs all duties in a safe and efficient manner. Keeps Food Safety as a top priority all times. Promptly reports any unsafe working conditions. Demonstrates good interpersonal communication skills. Understands and follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) Demonstrates integrity in all business activities with employees visitors and vendors. Comply with all quality & food safety systems and regulatory requirements. Reliable and available to work overtime or holidays as required. Performs other duties as required.
Specific job selection criteria:
- Cheese making experience preferred
Pay Range: $30.67 - $36.14
