Job Description:

Job Summary

*This position will service the Urbana IL territory.*


This position improves customer satisfaction retention and growth of customers within a specific UPS territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement customer retention strategies that align with UPS business goals and objectives
  • Analyze churn metrics and customer feedback to identify trends root causes and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and oversee customer health score models leveraging data to proactively identify at-risk customers and implement intervention strategies
  • Foster strong post-sales relationships with key customers acting as an escalation point and strategic advisor
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and support teams to enhance the customer journey
  • Drive expansion of opportunities and identify upsell and cross-sell potential within existing accounts
  • Adapt to evolving customer dynamics needs and market conditions and adjust strategies and tactics as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales and/or customer success
  • Track record on customer retention and churn reduction
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft products
  • Willing to travel
  • Experience with customer success platforms (SalesForce) and able to make data-driven decisions
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
  • Bachelors degree in business marketing or a related field (preferred)

Compensation:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $53760/year to $92940/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge skills and education/training and a candidates work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including but not limited to individual performance business unit performance and/or the companys performance.

Pay Range:

The salary range for this position is $53760.00/year to $92940.00/year. Actual compensation is based on various factors such as location job-related knowledge skills education/training and work experience. This position is eligible for our sales incentive plan and offers the annual management incentive plan subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Incentives are not guaranteed and are dependent upon individual and/or company performance. Our company offers the following benefits for this position subject to applicable eligibility requirements.
