This position ensures the administrative processes required to facilitate training course enrollment execution and tracking is thoroughly completed. This position may focus on the areas of onboarding all positions orientation ongoing education educational hours tracking educational content repository and communication with all business partners to maintain a strong educational program that supports all department functions.

Job Description
Minimum Qualifications:
1. Associates degree.
2. One (1) year of related office administration experience.

- Serves as a primary liaison and point of contact between Education and Professional Development team and hiring managers to facilitate training needs and support the timely scheduling of employee training and completion.
- Proactively contacts hiring managers with confirmed new hire start dates to offer revenue cycle training based on job title/ role requirements.
- Promotes efficient and maximized use of team resources through the organization of future training course schedules and maintenance of an at-the-elbow (ATE) support calendar.
- Coordinates physical room reservations for in-person training classes and confirms e-meeting invites/ links for virtually hosted training classes.
- Maintains accurate documentation of all enrollment requests scheduled training rosters and completed training courses by employee.
- Maintains data integrity within the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assists with the compilation of PowerPoint presentations status reports communications meeting minutes and project plans/timelines.
- Remains current with course offerings and templates to ensure accurate descriptions are provided to inquiring leaders in a consistent and professional manner.
- Participates in regular meetings with the Educational and Professional Development team to ensure continuous alignment across the program.
- May participate in teaching EPIC training classes as assigned.
- May maintain EPIC credentialing in assigned roster of classes assigned to teach.
- Executes and maintains all administrative aspects of annual education.
- Maintains schedules and physical condition of all training rooms and training materials.
