What awaits you

Software licence management is one of the key processes that occur in a companys operating system. You will be responsible for monitoring software licences and ensuring they comply with the agreements and terms used in the company.

Main duties in the position:

  • Coordinate the software licence management process;

  • Gather information on newly acquired software and related licences;

  • Review portfolio and ensure information is up to date;

  • Advise clients and teams on licence management practices;

  • Review licence terms and agreements reporting and documenting any non-compliance;

  • Coordinate software audits/reviews related to licences;

  • Communicate with other IT team members vendors and customers.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of English at level B2-C1;

  • Strong communication skills and ability to moderate discussions;

  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a dynamic environment;

  • Developed organizational and time management skills;

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to details;

  • Experience in a related position will be an advantage;

  • Knowledge of software asset management tools will be an advantage.
